ALLEN Overseas Policy on collection, processing and storage of your Personal Data (Data & Privacy Policy)

  • This policy bears reference to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as collected by ALLEN Career Institute Overseas DMCC (the "Institute", "ALLEN Overseas") during the term of your course at the Institute.
  • The Schedule 1 appended herewith, contains the full list of all personal data that you shall be sharing with/ providing to the Institute ("your Personal Data"). Your Personal Data will be used for the purposes stated at the Schedule 2 hereof.
  • The Institute is the controller of your Personal Data. You may contact us at info@allenoverseas.com or reach out to your Country Representative for any information in relation to your Personal Data, as provided to the Institute.
  • The Institute will share your Personal Data with the entities listed under the Schedule 3 appended herewith (the "Assignees") who shall receive your Personal Data from the Institute and subsequently collect, store, and process your Personal Data on behalf of the Institute strictly for the purposes stated at Schedule 2, in accordance with the applicable laws of the UAE. We assure you that all the Assignees are contractually and statutorily obligated to keep your Personal Data confidential and subject the same to all appropriate and necessary safeguards to prevent your Personal Data from unauthorised disclosure.
  • Your Personal Data may be transferred and maintained at the Institute's related parties in India, subject to the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Your Personal Data will be stored in accordance with the record retention requirements applicable to the Institute (under the laws of the UAE) and by the Institute's headquarters in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
  • By checking on box agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Data Protection Policy, you consent to the use and processing of your Personal Data in the manner described above.

ALLEN Overseas partners with multiple third-party vendors to provide various seamless services including but not limited to operations and maintenance of ALLEN Overseas Plus (LMS), promotional and transactional outreach via SMS, WhatsApp Messaging, e-mails, voice customer support, and other such related services.
