Course Objective Bespoke course offering for Indian students abroad having an inclination towards STEM subjects. Building a strong foundation in Science and Maths for CBSE curriculum and Olympiads and to quickly adapt to the advanced concepts of JEE/ NEET course structure in later stages of the career.
Delivery Mode All physical classes with an option for hybrid mode through ALLEN Plus LMS online learning platform. Courses are being offered at Hamdan Campus.

Important Points

  1. Any additional taxes payable such as VAT, shall be applicable over and above the fees displayed above
  2. 1st installment to be paid at the time of enrollment.
  3. 2nd installment to be paid within 45 days from course commencement date.
  4. Any scholarship or fee benefit (other than ex-ALLEN benefit) will be applied on the final installment amount.
  5. An ex-ALLEN fee benefit of 10% will be applicable on the course fee amount. Ex-ALLEN students are those who were enrolled with ALLEN Overseas regular courses (not workshops or any other short term/crash course) in the academic session 2022-23.
  6. A sibling fee benefit of 5% is applicable for siblings having the same parent (as per their passports) for enrollment during the academic session 2023-24.This fee benefit will be applied on the younger child's fees. In case of refusal to share passport copies to establish sibling relationship, no sibling dicsount shall be applicable.
  7. No more than two fee benefits can be clubbed together. Either an ex-ALLEN fee benefit AND Tallentex scholarship/early/priority fee benefit OR Tallentex scholarship/early/priority fee benefit AND sibling fee benefit can be availed.
  8. ALLEN Overseas management reserves the right to amend/introduce/remove any course fees and fee benefits offered to the students for the academic session 2023-24.

Q.2 Are there any scholarships/discounts available to students on the course price?

Ans. Yes, ALLEN Career Institute Overseas will be rolling out scholarships for Session 2023-24 for meritorious students based on their performance in the TALLENTEX exam conducted for overseas students of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait & Bahrain. Ans. The medium of delivery for these courses will be strictly English only.

Q4. How will the doubt resolution be handled in Digital Classes?

Ans. The doubt resolution would be done by our expert faculty team from ALLEN dedicated towards the queries of Indian students studying abroad through Live Doubt classes, Telegram, WhatsApp or Direct calls.

Q5. Are these classes delivered through recorded/ live lectures?

Ans. The concept-based lectures are delivered through live lectures ensuring the quality and timely completion of lectures. The recordings of these live lectures are also being made available to the students on the ALLEN Digital Platform. Doubt resolution, Test discussions, performance analysis, test-taking strategies, and career guidance sessions are often handled through live interaction with students. Q6. How many tests (Part/Full-length) would I get as a part of this course and how would testing happen?

Ans. You’ll have periodic Part-Tests and Full-length Tests as per the micro-schedule plan developed for your course and testing would happen completely online through our platforms. The number of Part-Tests and Full-length Tests for each course is mentioned in the Course Features section above.

Q7. Is this course the same that is being delivered to Indian students?

Ans. The content, rigor, and competency of this course match the high-end standards of the course being delivered to Indian students. The language of instruction for this course is strictly English. For our Indian students abroad, we have added a dedicated team of expert faculty for the resolution of their doubts and a dedicated technical team to address any technical issues.

Q8. Is there any preparation for NCERT and Board exams along with the preparation of JEE/ Pre-Medical?

Ans. Yes, our course material and structure is developed keeping in mind the NCERT and CBSE curriculum. The underlying concepts remain the same, just that JEE/ PRE-MEDICAL preparation focusses more on the application aspect of it.

Q11. What would be the timing and duration of the classes?

Ans. The classes would happen as per a scheduled academic plan keeping in mind the course coverage and timelines. The availability of the classes on your ALLEN Digital platform will be made keeping in mind your school timings as well. Q12. Is there any specific timing for doubt resolution?

Ans. While you can always reach out to your doubt faculties for specific individual doubts, we also provide our students with dedicated doubt resolution live session from our expert faculties on specific days.

Q13. What if I miss some classes? Are there any recovery classes that can be arranged?

Ans. While we strictly advise you to attend all classes and not miss any. In case, you miss a class due to some medical/ emergency situation, you can reach out to us and we’ll be cognizant of that and would arrange for those catch-up classes on your ALLEN Digital platform. Having said that, we strongly encourage you to attend all classes

Q14. What is Orientation session? When is the orientation session scheduled for my course program?

Ans. Orientation session is an inaugural motivational program conducted for students enrolled with ALLEN to guide them through their path and how to make the best use of ALLEN ecosystem in the commencing course. Timings and other login details for orientation session are shared with enrolled students through SMS/ phone calls.

Q15. Will the worksheets or books required for this course be provided by Allen? Do I need to purchase any extra books for this course?

Ans. Yes, all the worksheets, assignments, RACEs, and test papers would be provided by ALLEN. The content provided by ALLEN is exhaustive in nature for the preparation of the relevant exam. ALLEN provides you complete online study material that is developed in accordance to NCERT syllabus, though if you want you can purchase NCERT books for your reference.

Q16. Does the engineering exam preparation cover any exam other than JEE?

Ans. Yes, the engineering exam preparation also prepares you for other entrance exams like VITEEE, SRMJEE, among others. There would be special mock tests on the pattern of these exams to further strengthen your preparation.

Q17. What is the qualification/experience of faculties teaching in ALLEN?

Ans. ALLEN has a very selected pool of our expert faculties who have a proven track record in their area of expertise. We have IITs, NITs, MBBS, and PhDs faculties from reputed institutes of India with at least 7-10 years of experience in their field. The selection criteria are the same for all.

Q18. How my ward will come to know about various Indian competitive exams while studying with ALLEN Digital Platform. Is there any assistance in Form Filling and any career guidance especially catered towards NRI students in the Gulf at ALLEN?

Ans. Students would come to know about various Indian competitive exams through the Notice board available at ALLEN Digital Platform. We have our dedicated counsellor team to guide NRI students in the Gulf around DASA, CIWG quota, Indian colleges and their target entrance exam in particular.

Q19. What if my ward is not able to make balance with your schedule?

Ans. If your ward is facing any problem regarding the schedule he/she can directly give us a call and that will be resolved.

Q20. How will student be able to synchronize between the school timings and ALLEN Digital Classes timings for 11th and 12th?

Ans. ALLEN Digital Classes scheduling team ensures that there is no clash between school time commitments and your classes on ALLEN Digital Platform. If there’s any such issue, you can always report to us and we’ll try to resolve it for you.

Q21. Is there a provision of taking an additional subject ( Math or Biology ) when opted for the NEET or JEE program ?

Ans. Yes, one can opt for an additional subject, either Math or Biology, if taken admission in NEET or JEE program respectively. ALLEN will provide Recorded lectures of the additional subject, pertaining to NCERT Curriculum. However, additional subject videos will not meet the JEE or NEET criteria completely.
