Terms & Conditions — TALLENTEX Overseas 2027
Eligibility & Mode
- All students studying in Grades V to XI are eligible to participate in TALLENTEX Overseas.
- TALLENTEX Overseas will be conducted online only.
- Participation is voluntary and based on the student's own interest, with the consent of their parents/guardians.
Ranking & Results
- If multiple students obtain the same total marks, their subject scores in IQ, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry will be used to determine their rank. If subject scores are also the same, younger students will be awarded higher ranks.
- Global Ranks provided are indicative and applicable for Grades V to X only. No Global Ranks will be provided for Grade XI.
Cash Prizes & Scholarships
- Cash prizes will be paid through online transfer only, to the student/parent bank account.
- Students must submit a valid school-issued marksheet as proof of academic performance to claim the cash reward.
- Only students currently studying in schools located in the Gulf countries (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait) are eligible for the cash reward.
- Selected students will be offered up to a 90% scholarship on the fee of the respective ALLEN Overseas Yearlong Courses for Academic Session 2027-28. Scholarship criteria are subject to the decision and discretion of ALLEN Overseas Management.
- ALLEN Overseas Yearlong Course fees and admission terms will be as mentioned in the admission booklet and policy of Session 2027-28.
- ALLEN Fee Scholarships will be offered based on TALLENTEX Overseas exam results.
- Participation does not guarantee admission or specific outcomes in ALLEN programs or other competitive exams.
Registration & Fees
- Registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the candidate appears for the exam or not.
- ALLEN Overseas will not store credit/debit card details and will not share personally identifiable information with third parties.
- ALLEN Overseas has the right to cancel a student's application if any details provided are found to be incorrect.
- ALLEN Overseas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the exam at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties, and shall not be liable for any such issues.
- By registering, you permit ALLEN Overseas to contact you or your parents/guardians via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS alerts, and/or push notifications. If selected or awarded, ALLEN Overseas may use your name, image, and academic achievements for promotional purposes.
Online Proctoring & Exam Conduct
- By registering, students consent to the exam being proctored through webcam and/or AI-based monitoring tools to ensure exam integrity.
- Camera and microphone must be switched on throughout the exam. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
- Students must appear for the exam in a quiet, well-lit room, seated alone at a clear desk, free of notes, books, mobile phones, or any device other than the one used for the exam.
- Any attempt to use unfair means — including receiving assistance, referring to unauthorised material, switching browser tabs/windows, or using a second device — will result in immediate disqualification.
- The exam session, including webcam feed and screen activity, may be recorded for monitoring and verification, and reviewed by ALLEN Overseas to investigate suspected malpractice.
- Students are responsible for a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and a fully charged system. ALLEN Overseas is not liable for disruption, disconnection, or loss of attempt due to technical issues on the student's end.
- Any activity flagged by the proctoring system or invigilator is subject to review; ALLEN Overseas's decision on disqualification or invalidation of results is final and binding.
Proctoring Do's and Don'ts
Please read this before exam day. These rules match what the Proctor Guard desktop app monitors.
System requirements

The following are not supported during the exam: dual monitors, screen sharing (Zoom or Teams share, OBS, remote desktop), virtual cameras that block the real webcam, VPN tools that break the connection, and running the exam on a phone or tablet only.
Before you start: prepare your place
Do
- Sit alone in a quiet room and ask others not to enter or talk nearby.
- Position your laptop so that your face, both hands, and the area immediately around your keyboard are visible within the camera frame. Sit at a distance of approximately 1.5-2 feet from the screen. Avoid sitting too close, as this narrows the camera's field of view and may prevent your desk and surrounding area from being monitored properly.
- Use a plain, light or white background behind you, such as a wall or a sheet. Avoid busy posters, mirrors, or another person in view.
- Sit at a desk or table, with the laptop camera at eye level.
- Keep good lighting on your face. Face a window or a lamp, and avoid strong backlight.
- Place water, a pen or pencil, and blank rough paper on the desk before the exam, so that you do not need to leave the camera view.
- Close all other apps, such as chat, browsers, games, and cloud sync pop-ups.
Don't
- Don't sit in a noisy place, such as near a TV, music, or a family conversation.
- Don't use headphones, earbuds, or Bluetooth headsets.
- Don't keep books, notes, a second phone, a tablet, a smartwatch or any other object near you.
- Don't start the exam with a second monitor connected.
During the exam: Do's
- Stay in the camera frame, with your face clearly visible the whole time. Briefly touching your face is usually fine, but covering your face, the camera or leaving your seat is not.
- Look toward the exam screen most of the time.
- When you are writing on your rough sheets, ensure your face doesn't go out of the frame.
- Use only the number keys (0–9) needed for numerical answers. Letter keys, shortcuts, and most other keys will lock the exam, and you will have to sign in again.
- Stay in the Proctor Guard window, in fullscreen. Do not use Alt-Tab, do not minimise the window, and do not open other programs.
- Keep the room silent. Do not talk, and make sure no one speaks near you.
- Use one login only. If you sign in on another computer or browser, this session will be closed.
- Keep your pen near the desk. Do not hold it right in front of your face for long periods, as it can look like another face to the camera.
- If the network drops briefly, stay in the app. Your answers are saved locally and will sync when the connection returns.
- When you finish, wait until the data upload is complete before closing the app, your exam will auto-submit right after the upload.
During the exam: Don'ts

If something goes wrong

Monitoring events are only signals for human review. They are not an automatic verdict of cheating. Please follow these instructions so that the exam runs smoothly and false warnings are less likely.
