Candidates can now check and download the provisional answer key from the official web portal. In addition to the Provisional Answer Keys, NTA has released the Question Papers with the Recorded Responses on the website for the candidates to review and challenge.

Candidates can challenge the provisional answer key released by NTA by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200 (per question) until 14 April (11:00 PM IST).

Note: No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee. If a candidate does not challenge the answer key within the specified time, the provisional answer key will be considered final.

How to Challenge the JEE Main 2024 (Session-2) Provisional Answer Key?

Following are the steps to challenge the JEE Main 2024 (Session-2) Provisional Answer Key:

• Visit the official website: JEE Main Official Website Link
• On the homepage, click on the link: Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key
• Log in with your credentials (Application Number and Date of Birth), enter the Security PIN as displayed, and submit.
• Click on the Challenge(s) regarding the Answer Key.
• For the April session of JEE Main 2024, you will find the Question IDs in the following sequential order.

• To challenge, select one or more of the Option ID(s) by clicking the checkbox.
• Choose an alternate answer and upload any necessary documents to support your claim.
• Then, click the ‘Save your Claim Finally’ button and move to the next step.
• The option ID(s) you challenged will be displayed on the screen.
• Click on ‘Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally’
• Pay the fee to finish the process.
• After completion, download the document and print it for future reference.

How to Download the Provisional Answer Key?

Following are the steps to download the JEE Main Session 2 (April) Provisional Answer Key:

• Go to the official visit: JEE Main Official Website Link
• Click on the link JEE Main 2024 Answer Key for the April session.
• Log in using your JEE Application Number and Date of Birth
• The JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Answer Key will display on the screen.
• Download the provisional answer key and calculate your score.

Note: Please note that the provisional answer key for Paper 2 (B.Arch/ B.Planning) will be updated later on the website.
