How to Calculate Scores using the Official NEET UG 2024 Answer Key?

After obtaining the Answer Key from the official NTA website, students should adhere to the provided guidelines:

• Evaluate each recorded response in relation to the answer key, on a per-question basis.
• Award four marks for each correct answer and maintain a running total.
• Subtract one mark for each incorrect answer from the aggregate.

Students also have the option to compute their anticipated scores using this provided formula:

How to Challenge Official Answer Key?

If students come across any inconsistencies between their answers and those provided in the official Answer Key, their recorded responses can serve as a basis for them to raise their concerns and contest the NEET UG 2024 Answer Key.

Steps to Challenge the Answer Key

• Visit the official NEET website.
• Click “Apply for the Answer Key Challenge(s)”
• Select the Test Booklet Code.
• Login with your Application Number and Date of Birth and enter your Security PIN.

You will see the following Questions are in sequential order:

• The number listed in the “Correct Option” column beside the question denotes the recommended Answer Key provided by the NTA.
• If applicable, please upload the supporting document.
• Upon selecting your preferred option for Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology in NEET (UG) 2024, click “Save your Claim” and proceed to the next screen.
• Click on “Save your Claim and Complete Payment”.
• Choose a payment method, be it “Debit/Credit Card/Net banking/Paytm”.
• Following a successful payment, retrieve and print the Answer Key Challenge receipt.

It’s important for students to be aware that all challenges will be reviewed by a panel of subject experts. If a challenge is deemed accurate, the answer key will be adjusted and applied to all candidates’ responses accordingly. No individual candidate will receive notification regarding the acceptance or rejection of their challenge.
