The <strong>exam is scheduled</strong> to be conducted on <strong>7th May 2023</strong> in 499 cities throughout the country and 14 cities outside India.</p>
<p>Over 20.87 Lakh students are expected to appear for the <strong>NEET (UG) exam</strong> aiming for admission in various medical institutions in India.</p>
<h3><b>How to Download NEET <strong>(UG)</strong> 2023 Admit Card?</b></h3>
<p>To download the <strong>NEET (UG) Admit Card 2023</strong>, students need to follow these simple steps:</p>

<li aria-level="1">The students are advised to report at least an hour prior to the scheduled time to avoid the last-minute rush.</li>
<li aria-level="1">The students are required to produce the Admit Card at the time of entry to the exam hall.</li>
<li aria-level="1">In the absence of the admit card, the students will not be allowed to enter the exam centre.</li>
<li aria-level="1">The student must ensure that their seat has the same roll number as mentioned in their admit card.</li>
<li aria-level="1">No other item, other than what is mentioned above, is to be carried by the student.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Carrying any of the barred items for potential use as an unfair means is strictly prohibited.</li>
<li aria-level="1">The students can only leave his/her seat or the Examination Room/hall after the test concludes.</li>
<li aria-level="1">The students can not leave the examination hall without handing over their OMR sheets to the invigilator.</li>
</ul>
<h4><b>Barred Items &amp; Dress Code</b></h4>
<h5><b>Barred Items: </b></h5>
<p>Any item like textual material (printed or written), bits of paper, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic, Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, etc.; any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band, Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap, Watch/Wristwatch, Bracelet, Camera, etc.; any ornaments/metallic items any food items opened or packed, water bottle, etc.;  and any other item which could be used for unfair means, by hiding communication devices like a microchip, camera, Bluetooth device, etc. are strictly prohibited.</p>
<h5><b>Dress Code:</b></h5>
<p>NTA instructs the students to <strong>wear Light colour clothes</strong> with short sleeves, <strong>along with slippers and sandals</strong> with low heels (no closed footwear like shoes are allowed) are permitted.</p>

<p><b>Important Note:</b></p>
<ul class="mb-3">
<li aria-level="1">No student will be allowed to appear at the <strong>Examination Centre</strong> on the Date and Timing other than that allotted to him/her in his/her Admit Card.</li>
<li aria-level="1">In case a student is unable to download his/her <strong>Admit Cards from the website</strong>, he or she may approach the Help Line between 10:00 am to 05.00 pm or write an email to NTA at <strong><a href="mailto:neet@nta.ac.in">neet@nta.ac.in</a></strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">The students are advised to <strong>read the instructions</strong> given in this Information Bulletin as well as <strong>on the Admit Card</strong> carefully and follow them scrupulously during the conduct of the examination.</li>
<li aria-level="1">In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the student or his/her photograph and signatures shown on the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the student may immediately approach the Help Line between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. In such cases, students would appear in the Examination with the already <strong>downloaded Admit Card</strong>. However, NTA will take necessary action to make corrections in the record later.</li>
<li aria-level="1">The students may note that Admit Card will not be sent by post.</li>
<li aria-level="1">The students must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any entry made therein.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Students are advised to preserve their Admit Card in good condition for future reference.</li>
<li aria-level="1"><strong>Issue of Admit Card</strong>, however, shall not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility which shall be further scrutinized at subsequent stages of the admission process.</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With just a week remaining for <strong>NEET UG 2023</strong>, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an official notification announcing the allotment slips for the city of examination.</p>
<p>Urging the students, NTA has released the notification dated <strong>30th April 2023</strong>, advising them to <i>“check/download their <strong>Examination City Intimation slip of NEET (UG) – 2023</strong> (using their application No. and Date of Birth) from the website w.e.f. 30 April 2023 and go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the Information Bulletin.”</i></p>
<p>As earlier mentioned in the Information Bulletin, the NEET UG 2023 is to be conducted in 499 cities throughout the country and 14 cities outside India on 07 May 2023 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 05:20 P.M (IST) in an offline mode.</p>
<p>The medical entrance exam grabbed eyeballs earlier in the past month for receiving an all-time record high registration of 20.87 Lakh candidates, including 12 lakh female candidates, as per the PTI reports. The reports suggested that in comparison to last year, over 2.57 lakh students had registered to appear for NEET UG 2023. Even the gender gap breached the 2 Lakh mark with 11.8 Lakh female students registering for the exam, which is 2,8 Lakh more than the last year’s statistics.</p>
<p>The notice further emphasised that the<strong> Examination City Intimation slip</strong> is NOT the Admit Card for NEET (UG) – 2023. It is instead advance information for the allotment of the city where the exam centre will be located. The students are advised to check their Examination City Intimation Slip and make the required travel arrangements if required to avoid the last-minute rush.</p>
<h3><b>How to Download the NEET-UG 2023 Examination City Slip?</b></h3>
<p>To download their Examination City Intimation slip, the students are required to log in to their student portal using their application number and date of birth on the official website of NTA NEET.</p>

<li aria-level="1">Visit the NTA/NEET website <strong><a href="https://neet.nta.nic.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">neet.nta.nic.in</a></strong> to download the <strong>NEET-UG Examination 2023 city allotment slips</strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Click on the link ‘<strong>Advance Intimation of Exam City for NEET-UG 2023</strong>’.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Enter the application no. and date of birth to access the Examination city slip for NEET-UG 2023.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Download the exam city slip.</li>

<p>Students may please be aware, that following the release of the Examination City Intimation slip, NTA is likely to release NEET UG 2023 Admit cards in the coming few days.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As lakhs of candidates await for the result of JEE Main 2023 post the release of the provisional answer key, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued another update. In a recent development, NTA has issued a notification announcing the <strong>reopening of the correction window</strong>.</p>
<p>As scheduled, NTA will be closing the objection window against the <a href="https://www.allenoverseas.com/blog/jee-main-2023-session-2-provisional-answer-keys-question-paper-recorded-responses-released/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>provisional answer key</strong></a> today, April 21, 2023. However, answering the plea of candidates, NTA has allowed them to edit/modify their Category in the <strong>Online Application Form of JEE (Main) – 2023 for Session 2</strong>.</p>
<p>In the <strong>notification dated, 20th April 2023</strong>, NTA stated, “<i>Representations have been received from the candidates regarding allowing them to edit/modify their Category in the Online Application Form of JEE (Main) – 2023. In view of the above and in the interest of the students, it has been decided to provide a final opportunity for the candidates for modifying their Category in the Online Application Form of JEE (Main) – 2023.”</i></p>
<p>The schedule for the same is listed as below.</p>

<p>The notification stated that the deadline to make changes in application form will end on <strong>April 22 (up to 11:50 P.M.).</strong> After that, no correction whatsoever will be entertained by NTA under any circumstances. Candidates are requested to make the necessary corrections as soon as possible.</p>
<p>The candidates may note that they can only modify their category (if required). The documents related to the category will be verified at the time of counselling/admission by the concerned Authority.</p>
<p>The notice further states, <i>“Candidates must note that the benefit of reservation will be given to them subject to verification of documents by the concerned Counselling / Admission Authority. If it is discovered at any stage that a candidate has used a false/fake/incorrect document or has furnished false, incorrect, or incomplete information, in order to avail the benefit of reservation, then such a candidate shall be excluded from all further processes. In case such a candidate has already been given admission, the admission shall stand cancelled.”</i></p>
<p>To initiate the correction, the students are requested to login to their respective student portal.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>JEE (Main) 2023, Session 2</strong> exam was conducted by NTA on <b>06, 08, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15 April 2023</b> in Computer-based Test mode at various cities throughout the Country and cities outside India.</p>
<p>Following the examination, NTA has released the <strong>Provisional Answer Key for JEE (Main) 2023, Session 2</strong> (April Attempt) exam on its official website, <strong><a href="https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">www.jeemain.nta.nic.in</a></strong>. Candidates can now check and download the provisional answer key from the official web portal. In addition to the <strong>Provisional Answer Keys</strong> for Paper 1(B.E./B.Tech.), Paper 2A (B.Arch.), and Paper 2B (B.Planning), NTA has also released the Question Papers with Recorded Responses on the website for candidates to review and challenge.</p>

<p>The candidates who are not satisfied with the released <strong>provisional answer key</strong> by NTA may challenge it by paying a non-refundable processing fee of <b>Rs. 200 per question challenged</b> till <b>21 April 2023, 5:00 PM (IST)</b>. The Payment for the processing fee may be made through, Debit card/Credit Card/Net Banking till <b>21 April 2023 (up to 05:30 PM IST)</b>. No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee. The fee towards the challenge will not be accepted through any other mode.</p>
<p>Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of Subject Experts. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates  accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The Key finalised by the Experts after the challenge will be final. No challenge will be accepted after <b>21 April 2023 (05:00 PM IST)</b>.</p>

Following that, NTA opened the correction facility for all the registered candidates on 8th April 2023. All the registered candidates must visit the official website <strong><a href="https://neet.nta.nic.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://neet.nta.nic.in/</a></strong>, log into their account and verify the particulars. Then, if required, they should correct the details in their respective Application Form. The <strong>correction window is open only till 10th April 2023</strong> (up to 11:50 P.M. IST). After that, NTA will not entertain any <strong>correction</strong>.</p>
<p>This is the final opportunity for candidates to edit/modify their particulars in the Online Application Form of <strong>NEET-UG 2023</strong>. The schedule is as given below:</p>

<p>All the registered candidates must visit the website and verify their particulars and are advised to make correction/s in their particulars, in their respective Application Forms, if required.</p>
<p>The additional fee (wherever applicable) shall be paid by the candidate through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI.</p>
<p>Since it is a one-time facility extended to the candidates to avoid any hardships to them, the candidates are informed to do the correction very carefully, as no further chance for correction will be given to the candidates.</p>
<p>Please note that the final correction shall apply only after an additional fee is paid if required.</p>
<p>In case of a change in Gender, Category, or PwD, if there is an impact on the fee amount, then the Candidate will be charged an excess fee as applicable. Extra payments made will not be refunded, if any.</p>
<h3><b>How to make corrections in the NEET-UG 2023 Application form?</b></h3>
<p>Follow the steps to make corrections in your <strong>NEET-UG 2023 application</strong> form:</p>

<li aria-level="1">Download the confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.</li>

<p>NTA is going to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) – 2023 on <b>07 May 2023 (Sunday)</b> from <b>02:00 PM to 05:20 PM</b> <b>IST</b> as a common and uniform entrance Test throughout India as well as cities outside India in about 499 cities, including Aspirational districts in <b>Pen &amp; Paper mode (offline)</b>.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The much-awaited <strong>JEE Main 2023 Session 2 (April) admit card</strong> has been released by NTA for the candidates scheduled for examination on <b>06 April 2023</b> on its official website, <strong><a href="https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/</a></strong>. Registered candidates must download their admit cards from the official web portal using their Application Number and Date of Birth. Earlier, NTA had released the exam city intimation slip for candidates to inform them about their designated exam centres. Now, Admit Card for JEE Main 2023 Session 2 (April) has now been released for the candidates scheduled for examination on <b>06 April 2023.</b></p>
<p>National Testing Agency will conduct the JEE Main 2023 Session 2 (April) for about 9.4 lacs candidates at different Centres located in approximately <b>330 Cities</b> throughout the country, including <b>15 Cities</b> Outside India.</p>
<p>As announced previously, the <strong>JEE Main 2023 Session 2 (April) exam</strong> will be conducted on<b> 06, </b><b>08, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 April 2023.</b></p>
<p>The candidates must download their Admit Card from the website for the <b>first day</b> of session 2, i.e. <b>06 April 2023 (Thursday)</b>, using their <b>Application No.</b> and <b>Date of Birth</b> w.e.f. <strong>03 April 2023</strong>, and go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the Information Bulletin. The candidates are advised to carefully read the Subject-Specific Instructions and other instructions mentioned in the Question paper and abide by the same.</p>
<p><b>Admit Cards for the candidates scheduled for other dates will be released later on.</b></p>
<h3><b>How to download your JEE Main 2023 Session 2 Admit Card?</b></h3>
<p>To download the JEE Main 2023 Session 2 Admit Card, follow the given steps:</p>

<li aria-level="1">Visit the JEE official website <strong><a href="https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://jeemain.nta.nic.in</a></strong>.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Click on the “<strong>JEE – 2023 Session 2: Admit Card Download</strong>” link.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Download or print the admit card.</li>
</ol>
<p><b>Note: </b>The <strong>JEE Main 2023 Admit Card</strong> will not be sent by post to candidates. They need to download and print it from its official website only.</p>
<p>Candidates must carry their <strong>admit card</strong> and photo ID to the <strong>allotted examination centre</strong>.</p>
<p>In case any candidate faces difficulty in downloading the <strong>Admit Card for JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2</strong> (April 2023) along with the undertaking, they may contact 011-40759000 or e-mail at jeemain@nta.nic.in.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>NTA has started the JEE (Main) 2023 Session 2 registrations on <b>15th February 2023</b>. Candidates can now fill the online application form from its official website, <strong><a href="https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">www.jeemain.nta.nic.in</a></strong>. The last date for registration is <b>12th March 2023</b> till 9:00 PM IST. In addition, NTA has also revised the exam date for JEE (Main) 2023 Session 2. As per the new notification, the examination will be conducted on <b>06, 08, 10, 11, and 12 April 2023</b>, with reserved dates of 13 and 15 April 2023.</p>
<p>The dates of Advance Intimation of Examination City, downloading of Admit Cards, and declaration of Result will be displayed on JEE (Main) portal at the appropriate time. The candidates who have applied and successfully paid the Examination Fee for JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 1 (January) and wish to appear for JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2 (April) are required to log in with their previous Application Number and Password as provided in Session 1. <b>They may only choose the Paper, Medium of the Examination, State code of Eligibility, uploading of Address proof (Present and Permanent), Cities for Session 2 and pay the Examination Fees..</b></p>

<p>All candidates (already registered and new registration) are required to upload <strong>address proof (Present and permanent address)</strong> during the online Application Form of JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2. The address proof may include <strong>AADHAAR Card, Domicile Certificate, Passport, Voter ID card</strong>, etc. Both documents (if applicable) are to be merged and uploaded in a single pdf file. If the Present and Permanent addresses are same, then the same document will suffice.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In response to candidates’ plea and representations, <strong>NTA has reopened the JEE Main 2023 Session 1 correction window</strong> to let aspirants edit/modify their State Code of Eligibility and Category in the Online Application Form of JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 1. Candidates can now modify/ edit their State Code of Eligibility and Category from the official website <strong><a href="https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">www.jeemain.nta.nic.in</a></strong>. The correction window is open <strong>till 5th February 2023, 5 P.M. IST</strong>. After that, no corrections will be entertained by NTA.</p>
<p>The JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 1 was conducted throughout the Country and abroad on 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31 January and 1st February 2023 in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Following that, the <strong><a href="https://www.allenoverseas.com/blog/nta-has-released-the-provisional-answer-key-for-jee-main-2023-session-1/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Provisional Answer Key and Response Sheet</a></strong> has been released by NTA on its official website for candidates to review and challenge.</p>
<p>As per the official notification, National Testing Agency has decided to provide an opportunity to the candidates to modify their State Code of Eligibility and Category in the Online Application Form of JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 1.</p>
<p>The State code of eligibility means the code of the State from where the candidate is appearing in/ has passed Class 12 (or equivalent) qualifying examination by virtue of which the candidate becomes eligible to appear in JEE (Main) – 2023 and eligible to get admission in NITs, IIITs and CFTIs.</p>
<p>It is important to note that the State code of Eligibility does <b>NOT</b> depend upon the native place/permanent address or the place of residence of the candidate.</p>
<p>If a candidate has got wrong State code of Eligibility in his/her Admit Card as per the above criteria, then he/she can change the State Code of Eligibility in the Online Application Form as per the schedule given below:</p>

<p>NTS further declared that the candidates are allowed to make the corrections, latest by 05 February 2023 (upto 5:00 P.M IST). Thereafter, no correction in particulars whatsoever will be entertained by NTA under any circumstances.</p>
<p>It is a final opportunity for the candidates before the declaration of the result to avoid any hardship to them, so the candidates are advised to do the correction very carefully, as no further opportunity for correction will be given to the candidates.</p>
