REFUND POLICY OF ALLEN Overseas
Any requests for refunds made prior to the beginning of the academic session will be reviewed by the management on a case-to-case basis and any refunds approved will be subject to a processing fee of AED 500.
Requests for refunds should be sent with legitimate supporting documents which will be reviewed by the management on a case-to-case basis and the decision taken in this regard, will be final.
For refund requests once the academic session has started, the decision on refund and the proportion of fees to be refunded will be at the sole discretion of ALLEN Overseas management.
