Fee & Refund Policy icon

The students are required to pay the fee for registration and tuition fee for the first semester while filling out the online application form. As per DASA 2022 scheme, the fee payable is as follows:

Foreign Nationals are eligible for a 50% Tuition Fee waiver provided they belong to the SAARC countries (except India) and have passed the qualifying examination in SAARC countries. They must pay US $2,300 along with the application form (a non-refundable registration fee of US $300 and US $2,000 for the first-semester tuition fee).

DASA 2024 Refund Rules:

●       The US $300 registration fee is non-refundable.

●       All refunds will only be processed through SWIFT/NEFT/RTGS transfer.

Tuition fee refund will be regulated as follows: Full Refund: Full tuition fee will be refunded in the following cases:

  • If a candidate has withdrawn his/her application on or before the last date of fee payment as mentioned in the DASA schedule.
  • Candidates who have not been allotted any seat as per the choices filled by them.
  • Candidates who are found not eligible at the time of application processing.

Partial Refund: 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded in the following case:

  • Candidates who are allotted any seat as per their choices filled but do not accept the allotment by choosing the ‘decline’ option.

No Refund: No tuition fee will be refunded in the following cases:

  • Candidates who first accepted the allotted seat but later changed their decision and did not join or candidates who have been provided with the provisional admission and get rejected for not submitting the required documents.
  • Candidates who withdraw their admissions after joining the institute for any reason or could not submit the required academic and other documents on time.
  • Candidates who are allotted a seat in the special round of DASA counselling.
  • Candidates who had not submitted their qualifying exam results with the application form may be provisionally allotted a seat based on their JEE Main rank. However, if they take provisional admission, they need to submit their results later within a specified date (December 31, 2024). If they are found not qualified based on their result, then such applicants will not be considered for any refund of fee.
