JEE Advanced Exam Pattern icon

The JEE (Advanced) 2024 will be conducted online in a computer-based test (CBT) and consists of 2 Papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) of 3 hours each. It is a must for the candidates to appear in both papers. The examination schedule will be as follows for the advanced examination is yet to be announced.

Both, Paper 1 and Paper 2 will comprise 3 Sections from which the questions will be asked. There will be negative marking for each incorrectly answered question.

The 3 sections are:

  1. Physics
  2. Chemistry
  3. Mathematics
