ALLEN Overseas values your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Our Terms & Conditions outline the different types of information collected by ALLEN Overseas when you use the Platform (as defined in the Terms & Conditions) for various purposes that refer to this Policy. The Terms & Conditions also explain how we collect, use, share, and store such information. Additionally, the Terms & Conditions describe the reasons for collecting such information and your privacy rights and choices regarding the information you submit to us when using our Services. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully for different purposes and acknowledge them.

General Terms & Conditions

1. You understand that all the information furnished by you in the form is correct to the best of your knowledge.
2. You solemnly affirm that the institute has the right to send you emails (e-newsletters), SMS alerts, WhatsApp Messages (Text, Images, Video, Documents), and posts on the mentioned communication details.
3. You understand that in case of your selection in Medical/ Engineering Entrance Exams/ NTSE & Olympiads or any other examination or competition of global repute, the institute reserves the right to use your name, photo, and other information for publicity purposes.
4. ALLEN Overseas has the right to contact you or your parents/guardian through phone calls, automated phone calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and/or push notification alerts.
5. ALLEN Overseas respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
6. Allen Overseas will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the UAE law.
7. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
8. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed per the laws of the UAE.
9. We may record your calls with our representatives for internal training and quality assurance. This helps us improve our communication and service, ensuring you have the best experience with us.
10. These recordings will only be used for internal purposes, respecting your privacy and will not be shared with any third party.

Additional Terms & Conditions

a) Admission Process

1. You (the student) are seeking admission in your own interest and accord and through the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
2. You understand that you shall be responsible for your rustication on grounds of misconduct, misuse of mobile phones, misuse of the internet or any illegal and indecent activity.
3. You understand that all the information you provided in the ONLINE Application Form or any other form, etc., is correct to the best of your knowledge. You understand that if any information is found to be incorrect or false, your admission may be cancelled without any fee refund.
4. You declare that you have read all the instructions of the Information Bulletin / available online and agree to follow the instructions as applicable.
5. You understand that the ALLEN Overseas program offers a mix of offline and online delivery modes. All aspects of these programs, including delivery modes, will be at management’s discretion, keeping in view the best interest of students.
6. You understand(s) that the study materials, contents, and notes provided by ALLEN Overseas are solely ALLEN Overseas’s intellectual property.
7. We don’t provide refunds or Cancellations. Once the student has paid the course fee, the course cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. However, students are unlikely to cancel/modify the course or refund the course fee. Our efforts are centred on preparing students for life by developing an analytical mind, the right attitude, and a spirit of goodness backed by academic excellence.

b) TALLENTEX/ASAT/SPOT/Other Exams

1. The students participating at TALLENTEX Overseas/ ASAT/ SPOT are based on their own interests & and accorded through the consent of their parents.
2. ALLEN Overseas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the exam at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties; we are not liable for any such issue.
3. ALLEN Overseas has the right to cancel your application if any provided details are found to be incorrect.
4. In case the exam is paid, no credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information will be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
5. Candidates, please note that we don’t refund registration fees regardless of whether students appear for the exam or not.
6. Students must submit a valid school-issued marksheet as proof of academic performance to claim the cash reward.
7. Only students who are currently studying in schools located in the Gulf countries (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait) are eligible for the cash reward.

b.1) TALLENTEX OVERSEAS FLASH QUIZ :

1. Eligibility: Students of grades V to XI studying in schools located in the Gulf countries (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia) are eligible to participate in the quiz. 
2. Mode & Duration: The TXO Flash Quiz will be conducted online on alternate Sundays at 8:00 PM (IST) on the official quiz page:
   https://www.allenoverseas.com/tallentex/registration/flash-quiz
   
3. Quiz Dates:
   29th June, 13th July, 27th July, 10th August, 24th August, 7th September, 21st September, and 5th October, 2025.
   
4. Ranking: The winner will be selected based on the correct answer and the minimum time taken from the quiz start to the final submission.

For instance, if a quiz starts at 8:00 PM and you submit the answer at 9:05 PM, your response time will be recorded as 1 hour 5 minutes.

Eligibility for Prizes: 

1. To claim cash rewards, students must upload a valid school-issued marksheet and school ID card within 18 hours from the start of the quiz to verify academic class and identity. 
2. Only students studying in schools located in the Gulf countries (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia) are eligible for the rewards.
   1. Mode of Prize Distribution:
      1.  Prizes will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the student at the time of verification.
      2. The address must be serviceable by Amazon or Noon delivery partners.
      3. In case physical delivery is not feasible or the prize is unavailable, an e-voucher of equivalent value will be issued.
3. You understand and accept that ALLEN Overseas reserves the final right to determine eligibility, disbursement of rewards, and interpretation of these terms. The institute also reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any part of the quiz or prize without prior notice.
4. You acknowledge that by participating in the quiz or registering for TALLENTEX Overseas, you permit ALLEN Overseas to contact you or your parents/guardians via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS alerts, and/or push notifications.
5. You further consent that if selected or awarded, the institute may use your name, image, and academic achievements for promotional purposes.

Prize Details: 1 Question, per Quiz, 1 Prize per Grade

c) Webinar/ Seminar/ Other Sessions

1. The webinar/seminar is intended for individual participation only. Registration for multiple participants using a single mail ID is not permitted. 
2. By registering, you agree to receive emails from ALLEN Overseas regarding the webinar/ seminar.
3. You will receive a confirmation mail after successful registration.
4. ALLEN Overseas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the webinar at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties; we are not liable for any issue. 
5. The use of recording devices is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by ALLEN Overseas.
