NEET-UG 2023 Registration are likely to start from March First Week

According to media sources, National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to announce the NEET-UG 2023 Registration soon. Once the application form is released, eligible candidates who want to apply and appear for the exam can register online at www.neet.nta.nic.in. Tentatively, the registration process will begin from the first week of March 2023. Previously, NTA has announced that the NEET-UG 2023 exam would be conducted on 7th May 2023 in offline mode (Pen & Paper-based Test) at the designated exam centres across the country and abroad.
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) is conducted to facilitate admissions to the UG medical courses, including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS. NRIs, OCIs, PIOs and Foreign Nationals seeking admission to undergraduate medical courses in India. Indian Citizens/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) intending to pursue Undergraduate Medical Courses in a foreign Medical/ Dental Institute also need to qualify for the NEET-UG exam. The examination will be held in 13 languages, including English, Hindi, Punjabi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Marathi, Odia, Kannada, and Malayalam.
NEET-UG 2023: Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission or will reach that age by December 31 of the respective first year of his/her admission to the undergraduate medical programme.
- Candidate must have passed the 10+2 (12th board or equivalent) qualifying exam from a recognised board and obtained the prescribed minimum mark based on their category. Candidates appearing for the class 12th board exam this year can also apply for NEET-UG 2023 examination.
How to fill the NEET-UG 2023 Registration Form?
Follow the steps given below to fill the NEET-UG 2023 registration form:
- Step 1: Go to the official website www.neet.nta.nic.in
- Step 2: On the home page, go to the application form link.
- Step 3: Register yourself by filling in the required details.
- Step 4: Fill out the complete application form carefully with all the correct details.
- Step 5: Upload the required documents as per the given specifications.
- Step 6: Make the fee payment and submit the form.
- Step 7: Download the final confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.
Important Instructions for Candidates:
- Candidates can apply for NEET-UG 2023 through the “Online” mode only on the official website.
- Candidates need to submit their Online Application Form on the NTA website. NTA will not accept the Application Form submitted in any other mode.
- A candidate must submit only one application.
- It is mandatory for candidates to strictly follow the instructions provided in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website. Not complying with them may lead to disqualification.
- Candidates must ensure that the mobile number and email address provided in the application form are valid and their own or Parent/Guardians’ only, as all future communication regarding the exam will be sent to the registered email address and mobile number only.
